Participating St. Louis and Metro East McDonald’s Restaurants will celebrate the 9th annual McHappy Day®, November 10th, 2010 through November 20th, 2010. Over the years, McDonald's and its customers from around the world have raised over $150 million for Ronald McDonald House Charities and other children's causes through various fundraising initiatives. This year, McDonald’s customers can visit their local McDonald’s restaurant Nov. 10th through Nov. 20th and purchase a “Give a Hand” for $1. Proceeds raised from the “Give a Hand” fundraiser will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities. The hands will also be displayed in participating restaurants throughout November, reminding St. Louis residents to lend a hand to support those in need. In addition to the “Give a Hand” fundraiser, customers can continue to give back each and ever day to the Charity when they purchase a Happy Meal or Mighty Kids Meal. A portion of these proceeds will benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Metro St. Louis.
